The Role

We are currently seeking several Service Delivery and Project Managers to deliver and execute on a new and innovative approach to multi-partner collaborative ICT service delivery, proposed to commence late January early February 2021.


The focus of this role is to be the primary customer interface with Defence stakeholders and oversee a multidisciplinary team of passionate ICT and logistics professionals. This person champions the customer requirements and works with the program manager to coordinate matrixed team service activities across both service transition and service delivery phases.


This person is key to driving customer satisfaction and excellence in project delivery for IT outsourced services. The roles are planned for both Sydney and Canberra locations.

Responsibilities include

  • Manage the transition and sustainment of Identity and Access Management and Supply Chain Management Services. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within Defence and other ICT delivery partners to champion customer success and satisfaction. 
  • Provide input to Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, Portfolio and Project Integration in consultation with Defence. 
  • Strategically manage service business case writing & deriving continuous service improvement initiatives. 
  • Strategy, governance, commercial planning and risk management. 

What you bring to the position

  • Previous experience engaging with the ADF (Navy, Army, Airforce) 
  • Tertiary Qualifications (desired, not essential) Proven experience in successfully delivering project outcomes from ideation through to documentation and close out
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project or Service Delivery Management Experience with multimillion-dollar Portfolios & managing operational budget across each individual portfolio
  • Experience with ASDEFCON and commercial activities within the Department of Defence will be highly regarded 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and confidently manage senior stakeholders 

Other Desired Skills

Due to the nature of Sigma Bravo’s work, all applicants must have the ability to obtain a minimum of NV1 Security Clearance (usually only granted to Australian Citizens).
